Stephanie, Kevin, and Chara have been very helpful on multiple occasions and have gone above and beyond to prioritize me as a long term tenant instead of a short term opportunity. The 5 units I have rented have all been very well maintained, with roll up doors, lighting, and no obstructions. I have not heard about any break ins during my 2 yrs with PRSS. Ps they have great intro rates!“
