My experience with the Point Richmond Self Storage has been excellent compared to my previous storage provider. Stephanie, Kevin, and Chara have been very helpful on multiple occasions and have gone above and beyond to prioritize me as a long term tenant instead of a short term opportunity. The 5 units I have rented have all been very well maintained, with roll up doors, lighting, and no obstructions. I have not heard about any break ins during my 2 yrs with PRSS.
