“The property is secure and monitored with IR/motion activated digital recording. We had been renting a 1010 unit with an 8' commercial roll up door for the past 2 1/2 years until moving out just last month. The price was very competitive at around $100 p/mo, they didn't require a security deposit, and I don't think they had more than a 5% rate increase throughout our stay. Management is very helpful, friendly, and understanding of any individual situations that may arise. One issue they WILL NOT accomodate is access to the property after hours. Apparently, if you're inside when they close, you're locked in for the night. There is however, a security guard that may be willing to listen to reason, but I never had to test this theory. The units are all pre-fab steel and slapped together with screws, but they are clean, and dry inside. The property is paved and the units are on raised (2-3"), concrete slabs. Even with the heavy rains we had last month, drainage proved to be sufficient, with no evidence of any water entering our particular unit. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and they have my recommendation..”

Unit sizes advertised for rent are approximate only and units at the self-storage facility may differ slightly in shape and/or size. Customers should inspect the actual unit to be rented before signing a rental agreement and should base the decision to rent on the inspection of the unit and not on the advertised unit size. Rental amounts for a particular unit are not based on square footage measurements.
