Point Richmond Self Storage is locally-owned by three principals and a small group of outside investors. The storage facility is directly operated by principals that also own and operate twelve other self-storage facilities located in the Marin County, Alameda County, Santa Clara County, Sonoma County, Contra Costa County and East Texas. One Point Richmond Self Storage principal specializes in mini storage design and construction and has been integral to the design, development and construction of over 300 self storage projects over a 21 year period.

Point Richmond Self Storage is a green business generating its own electricity through the operation of a solar electric system.  We've reduced our impact on the environment through our investment in a solar electric system to meet our energy needs while delivering excess electricity back to the local electric grid.

  4. Point Richmond Self Storage is approximately 400 yards on the right at 300 West Ohio Avenue

 

Directions from the San Rafael - Richmond Bridge on Eastbound 580 (San Rafael, Corte Madera, Greenbrae, Larkspur):

  1. Take the Canal Boulevard/Garrard Boulevard exit
  2. Turn left at the light under 580 onto Canal Boulevard
  3. Take the first right at the traffic light onto West Ohio Avenue
  4. Point Richmond Self Storage is approximately 400 yards on the righthand side at 300 West Ohio Avenue
